How a Coach can get his Team Id so players/parents can check the on-line schedule?
Coaches can provide their team id # to their players and parents so that they can view the team's schedule on www.arbitersports.com. First the coach needs to get their TEAM ID number.
1. The coach needs to sign-on to www.arbitersports.com using the user-id and password that was emailed to him/her.
NOTE: If the Coach doesn't have a user id then his/her email address needs to sent to Patti Sansoucy asking to be added. Please include your full name in the email request.
2. The coach can obtain the team id # by clicking SCHEDULES (the one with the A icon) on the main screen.
3. Then click on the number (i.e. 8 or 10) under the GAMES heading.
4. At the top of the next screen, will be the heading "EDIT GAME SCHEDULE (team # XXXXX: Team Name)".
5. Please write down the team # (a.k.a. Team Id). In the example above, the TEAM ID = 152418. A good place to write the TEAM ID down is on your MAYS Approved Roster so you will have the team id at every game.
Parents and Players can view the team's game schedule.
3. On the next screen, for the GROUP ID enter 102286 and for the Team ID enter the Team ID (XXXXX) from the Coach. For example use 152418 as the team id.
4. Click on the LOOKUP button and the team's schedule will appear. Players and Parents can view the game information as well as clicking on the site name to display a mapquest.com map.
My disclaimer is that I don't have time to help everyone with this if you have trouble - it really does work! Unfortunately I can't get a list of team id numbers so the coaches will have to do that individually.
